Dr. Rick Perea, Ph.D., is a keynote speaker and performance psychologist who served the Super Bowl 50 champion Denver Broncos. He coached Denver Nuggets Head Coach Mike Malone ahead of the 2023 NBA title. A longtime university professor, “Dr. P” helps organizations build a culture by design, not by default.

Dr. Rick Perea, Ph.D. (“Dr. P”) was the Performance Psychologist for the Super Bowl 50 champion Denver Broncos and has worked with the Colorado Rockies, Miami Dolphins, and Denver Nuggets, where he coached Head Coach Mike Malone in communication and leadership ahead of the 2023 NBA championship. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and spent more than a decade as a university professor. He is the founder of ThinkOne: The Behavior Design Specialists and the author of Decision Point: The Moment Leaders Are Born. He is based in Denver, CO, and Miami, FL.
